Sheen

Jimmy Neutron's Ultralord-obsessed friend, turned hero of the planet Zeenu. Sheen continues his Super Brawl routine of being busted, though this is arguably the worst he's ever been. Still top tier though.

Super is good enough

Special Attack: Rams through the screen with his head. Virtually no startup, extremely fast, and does good damage. Very spammable.
Super: A rather basic umbrella projectile. Not the best of what he has to offer, but it does great damage so it's good enough.

Notes

Kick move is an insane juggle tool. In the corner in can pseudo-infinite if the CPU holds in the entire time, though some characters can jump out if mistimed.
