Super Brawl 2 is a Nick.com flash game released on December 20, 2010 and developed by MP Game Studio. Despite the name, it's actually the 5th game in the series, preceding Jingle Brawl, Super Brawl, Summer Brawl, and Fall Brawl.Various characters from those games return in this game, as well as a handful of newcomers.
The game has recieved a small following due to it's surprisingly fun gameplay for a Flash game on Nick.com, and how much of a timecapsule of the late 2000s/early 2010s it is. It would later be succeeded by Super Brawl 3: Good vs. Evil!
Super Brawl 2 is set up like a traditional fighting game: first to win 2 rounds wins the game. The way to win a round is to KO your opponent. By building up your super meter, you will be able to do a super move.

Attempting to play Super Brawl 2 on Nick.com in the present day redirects to Super Brawl World, likely due to Adobe Flash no longer being officially supported.
However, the game has been archived on Flashpoint as well as NuMuKi.
This is a question with no objective answer, though for many the answer varies between Skipper, Kyle and Chum Chum, any of which could be the best character in the game. At this time of writing, my honest opinion is that it is Chum Chum. You can view my tier list here.
Unfortunately, no. Super Brawl 2 is a single-player game, with the only opponent to fight being the CPU.
However, you can technically play Multiplayer through Tag Team mode, and, due to the game being moddable, I have hope that one day a multiplayer hack will be available to the public, so we can REALLY advance the meta!
