Sandy Cheeks

Long before her reign of terror in Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl, Sandy made an appearance in this game. She's pretty okay.

Special Attack: Uses her lasso to create a karate glove that punches the opponent. Good damage, kinda bad startup.
Super: Identical to her special but more powerful. Man, really had to cheap out on her, huh, devs?

Ground kick is bizarrely good. Hitbox makes it double as an anti-air and its really fast.

Pros
