KABOOM!
Rico is a low tier character, having pretty slow normals and startup but good damage.

Pros	Cons
Can zone pretty well with his special move.	Special move doesn't do a lot of damage, so you'll need to be throwing out a lot of them.
Kick has good range.	Slowwwwwww
Normals do decent damage	Stubby

Special Attack: Throws a stick of dynamite. Great range, but lackluster damage.
Super: Pukes out a bomb that explodes in front of the opponent. Pretty alright super.

You can buffer Rico's special just like Skipper's, though due to the startup this is not as useful as Skipper's either.
