Kyle

Kyle Bloodworth-Thomason, wizard apprentice and rival to Fanboy & Chum Chum (in his mind).
Kyle is somewhat of a controversial character. Due to his bullshit special, many have thought of him as the best character in the game. Me personally though, I think his normals mean Chum Chum & Skipper slightly beat him out, but he is still extremely strong and definitely a top 3 character.

Special Attack: The infamous special. Uses his magic to summon a cloud that is automatically over the opponent's head. Very difficult to challenge due to it's targeting nature and how spammable it is, but it can be outrun against some characters.
Super: Teleports out of view and divebombs his opponent. This super is surprisingly strong, though it is somewhat easy to shield.

Notes

Kyle's special counterplay is to always be moving. While sometimes the hitbox can scoop you into it anyway, there is still a good chance you can outrun it and attack him mid-special, since it does have endlag.
