King Julien

Special Attack: Summons Mort from the background to hit the opponent. This move will, at best, do minimal damage and at worst not even work. Unfortunately this is also one of his best tools.
Super: He kicks Mort instead of throwing him, doing actually good damage. This is probably his best move, which is unfortunate because it's his super.

He may be the king, but King Julien is the worst character in the game, for a myriad of reasons. Play him if you want to test your skills to the fullest.
