Jimmy Neutron

Boy Genius. Jimmy actually shares the same kick data as Chum Chum, but he is middling in other areas. Even still, that kick is enough to make him a top tier character in my opinion.

Same insane kick move as Chum Chum.	Below average speed
Good range	Special doesnt do a lot of damage and has a lot of endlag.
Good super	Big head, which leaves him susceptible to juggles.
		Devs forgot the symbol on his shirt.

Special Attack: Uses an invention of his to make the opponent back off. Meh damage, but good for keeping the opponent out.
Super: Flies offscreen with his jetpack, only to show up on the other side and ram into the opponent. Pretty strong.
