Dudley Puppy

Airheaded agent of T.U.F.F. Dudley is probably the most Okay character in the game, but he can be pretty great sometimes. He is a high tier character in my eyes.

Pros	Cons
Special beats out a lot of stuff for some reason.	Big and stubby (except for his kick move). Seems to be his achilles heel.
Great damage.	Slow
Surprisingly good range on his kick.
Super has insane range.

Special Attack: Lunges forward at his opponent. A little bit of startup, but this move is surprisingly strong and beats out a lot of stuff.
Super: Summons a bone and swings it. For whatever reason this move's range is absolutely absurd, it hits halfscreen sometimes.
