Dr. Blowhole

Nemesis of the Penguins, despite only appearing in a few episodes. While he's been nerfed from his previous iterations, he is still a really good character, among some of the best in the game.

Some of the best ranged attacks in the game	Tall and Big
Kick moves have great range, especially the air one.	Kinda struggles up close due to his size.
Great super!	Meh special.

Special Attack: Fires a laser. This move is honestly probably his worst due to the pushback and startup. You don't need to use it.
Super: Turns his segway into a dome and then bounces up, creating a massive shockwave covering fullscreen. Very strong, very powerful.
