Daniel Fentanyl, seen before Nick Brawl made him busted. In this game, he has some pretty alright moves, but he's nothing to write home about.

Special Attack: A ghostly laser that goes halfscreen. Pretty decent.
Super: Essentially a stronger version of his special. It's alright, but far from the best super in the game.
